Hungryroot 101: Rating Your Deliveries

We want your deliveries to be perfect—and your feedback makes that happen. After your food arrives, you can rate it on a five-star scale, from ‘Disappointing’ to ‘Excellent.’

The more foods and recipes you rate, the more your next delivery will be tailored to you. It’s a win-win!

It’s super simple to rate your deliveries:

  1. Click on the pop up on your My Hungryroot page after receiving your order. 
  2. From there, you can update ratings for the food you received, and they'll save directly to your Food Profile.

Had a problem with your delivery? If something wasn’t quite right—like an item was missing or damaged—you can report it directly via the rating pop-up. We’ll make it right by automatically crediting your account for any order issues you experienced. You can also leave additional feedback, and our Customer Care team will review it and pass it along to the appropriate team. 

Remember: every time you share feedback, you make your next delivery even tastier.
