Who doesn’t love caramel? It’s sticky, gooey and sweet. Unfortunately, most caramel sauces are loaded with unhealthy fats from butter and refined sugars. That’s why we’re sharing this easy, two-minute caramel sauce made from dates! Just a few ingredients, no animal fats, and no refined sugars.

We love this caramel sauce as is, but feel free to heat it up on the stove for a warm, rich treat. One of our favorite ways to serve this sauce? With apples!
